CITADEL / A CLOSER LOOK
Citadel places a complete physical server at the centre of your infrastructure. Its processors, memory and local drives belong to one customer, giving substantial workloads a defined hardware boundary.
Compare all hosting rangesThe configurations offer 28, 44 or 40 physical cores with 56, 88 or 80 threads. Memory and disks differ by machine: compare the 128–256 GB of DDR4 ECC and the local SSD layout against your application and data needs.
Each Citadel machine has a 10 Gbit/s physical port with 1 Gbit/s of included bandwidth. Root access, serial console and power controls support administration. Your operating system, application layout and independent backups remain your choice.
Choose Windows Server 2022 or 2019 and connect with Administrator access over Remote Desktop. A paid Windows licence is not included. Activate a compatible key after the evaluation period and keep enough disk space for the system and its updates.
Need a different memory or disk layout, additional links or help managing the operating system? Describe your workload and request a configuration review before ordering. You can install your own hypervisor, custom kernel or disk encryption on the dedicated machine.

what you are choosing.
A Cloud VPS gives you an isolated virtual machine and root access: a flexible home for apps, games and development. Dedicated gives you the entire physical server. Web hosting bundles website management through cPanel or Plesk, with less server administration.
Always-on DDoS mitigation is included. Cloud compute uses KVM isolation, while ECC memory and enterprise storage provide the hardware foundation. Your applications still need updates, secure credentials and an independent backup strategy.
Yes. The region selector updates the catalogue and your configuration. Swiss and German rates may differ; the displayed price always follows your selected territory.
Cloud and dedicated configurations offer Linux options. Windows Server is available on compatible configurations and requires a valid licence after any applicable evaluation period. Web hosting uses its included control panel.
Vanguard focuses on CPU performance. Sovereign supports independent platforms with specific content-policy requirements. Recon is for authorised security testing. Signal Metal provides streaming-oriented bandwidth. Applicable law, permission and acceptable-use terms always apply.
