01 / UNDERSTAND THE SERVICE
The catalogue currently contains 54 offers across 10 ranges: 36 cloud VPS configurations, 12 dedicated configurations and 6 web hosting configurations. The two region views identify where hosting is located; they are not different operating models. Start with the kind of access your project needs, then compare resources inside that family.
Operating-system control
A VPS is a starting point for custom applications, APIs and services that need operating-system access. The cloud catalogue specifies KVM virtualization, Intel or AMD EPYC processors, ECC memory and NVMe storage. You choose and maintain the operating system, application services and access rules. A virtual CPU allocation should not be treated as an exclusive physical processor.

A whole physical machine
The metal ranges specify single-tenant physical servers, local disks, serial-console access and power controls. This is useful when the complete machine, larger memory allocation or physical resource isolation is part of the requirement. Administration, software configuration and recovery planning still need an owner. Compare the processor model and disk layout as well as the headline memory figure.

A website-focused control panel
Keystone Web uses cPanel; Gateway Web uses Plesk Obsidian and lists WordPress Toolkit. These services fit projects organised around websites, databases and a hosting panel rather than a custom operating system. Choose the published website, storage and database allowances for your project. You remain responsible for website content, application updates and account access.

02 / PLACE THE WORKLOAD
Switzerland and Germany are the published hosting locations. Choose against your audience, application dependencies and location requirements. A country label does not establish your users’ latency or settle every compliance question. If placement is a contractual requirement, confirm it with the team before ordering; then keep the selected region with your configuration.
A practical region checklistThe published infrastructure overview lists Tier III+ facilities, continuous DDoS protection and 1 Tbit/s of aggregate network capacity. Aggregate capacity is not the bandwidth assigned to every customer. Use the port, included bandwidth and traffic terms of the selected offer when sizing a workload. Application security and a tested recovery plan remain separate responsibilities.

The current options matrix lists 1/3/6/12-month cloud periods, 1/12-month web periods and monthly dedicated hosting. Available choices and full period totals belong to the selected range and region. A genuine prepayment saving compares the same configured monthly amount over the same number of months; it is not a guarantee that every longer period has a discount.
Eligible cloud ranges offer additional storage in 15 GB blocks, up to 40 blocks per new order, and up to 10 additional IPv4 addresses. Larger IPv4 requirements and changes to an existing service go through the team. Check the configuration summary for the complete selected-period amount, including the options you chose.
A customer account is required before choosing a cryptocurrency or sending a support request. Existing customers use the same account. Review the asset, network, exact amount and expiry on the separate payment page. An order record or payment instruction does not activate hosting: payment and provisioning must be confirmed. Your orders and support replies remain available in the client area.
